Introduction and Scope of Application

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the booking and contracting of our travel services. By placing a booking with our agency, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted in full the conditions stipulated herein.

Bookings and Payment

To confirm availability and secure spots, entrance tickets, and agreed itineraries, the contracting of our services is subject to the following payment guidelines:

Payment methods and conditions

Confirmation and guarantee: Every request is formally confirmed once the initial deposit is verified and the corresponding booking voucher is issued.

Security deposit: An advance payment is required to secure the purchase of official admission tickets, transport tickets, and prior logistics.

Balance settlement: The remaining balance for the tour must be paid before the agreed deadline prior to the service start date.

Authorized payment methods: We accept payments via direct bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and secure digital payment gateways.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds or penalties will be calculated based on the notice given prior to the start date of the contracted service.

Early cancellation window

Minimal applicable administrative fees and retention of non-refundable tickets.

Intermediate window (15 to 29 days)

A percentage penalty will be applied to the total amount of the contracted booking.

Less than 15 days / No Show

Full operational expenses applicable. No refund applies due to prior logistical commitments.

Changes Requested by You

Changes to dates, itineraries, or passenger details requested by the user are subject to the following guidelines:

Provider availability: The modification request is subject to the availability of transport, accommodation, and official admission tickets at the time of processing the change.
Additional costs and fare differences: The user will assume any rate difference between the initial booking and the newly selected date, as well as any rescheduling fees.
Administrative modification fees: Minor operational costs may be incurred for the reissuance of tickets, train passes, or vouchers upon confirmation of the new date.

Liability and Exemption

Our agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and providers of transport, accommodation, and admission ticket services. We are not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from force majeure events, such as weather conditions, strikes, road closures, or government regulations beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our clients hold a comprehensive travel insurance policy valid for the entire duration of their itinerary.

Such coverage should include medical assistance, personal accidents, lost luggage, and emergency coverage during adventure activities or trekking.

Intellectual Property

All content published on our website—including images, text, logos, trademarks, itineraries, and audiovisual elements—is the exclusive property of the company and is protected by copyright laws. Any partial or total reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or legal interpretation regarding bookings or the provision of our tourism services shall be expressly subject to the laws of the Republic of Peru and the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of the city of Cusco.
