Information
Spiritual travel in Cusco and the Sacred Valley
For the Incas, Cusco was the navel of the world and every mountain (apu) a protective being. That Andean worldview is still alive in the communities of the Sacred Valley, where traditional masters make offerings to Pachamama, energy cleansings and gratitude ceremonies.
Our spiritual tours in Cusco range from gentle half-day experiences, such as llama therapy or clay healing, to shamanic schools and multi-day retreats, always respecting local traditions and in small groups.
Ceremonies with master plants
Ayahuasca and San Pedro (huachuma) ceremonies are intense experiences. Before booking we ask you to complete a health questionnaire: they are not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or psychiatric conditions, or if you take antidepressants or other medication that may interact. Always consult your doctor. Ceremonies are held with experienced facilitators and constant support.
How to prepare
Arrive in Cusco one or two days early, rest well, avoid alcohol and follow the diet we will send you before each ceremony.
