- Comfortable footwear for cobblestone paths: In the San Blas neighborhood and on the Sacsayhuamán esplanade, you will be walking on cobblestone paths and Inca steps; wear athletic shoes or hiking boots.
- Layered clothing: The climate in the Andes varies drastically between the midday sun and the evening chill. Bring a warm jacket, windbreaker, hat/cap, and sunscreen.
- Prior notification of dietary or allergy restrictions: Please inform us when booking if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or if you would prefer to substitute the guinea pig with another main course.
